yes, absolutely on both accounts.
Postage for our novelty lanyards can be arranged and paid for at checkout, or you can choose our FREE pickup option.
For the Custom Lanyards Once you contact us and we work out your exact order, we will ask if you would rather get it delivered or you collect. If you choose delivery then we will then email you the exact price. Prices for delivery start at $11 through Australia Post, so for 1 or 2 items it can be cheaper to collect.
If you select pickup from our premises, simply choose your preferred day and time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your selected pickup time and will confirm the details with you.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Can you post or the customer collect for the lanyards?

Once you contact us and we’ve worked out the details of your order, you can choose to have it delivered or collected from us free of charge.
If you choose delivery, we’ll calculate the postage cost based on the size of your order and email you the exact price before proceeding. Postage starts from $13, but larger orders may cost more depending on their size and weight.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Can you also post or the collect for the trophies that we cannot checkout immediately?

How long does it take for my order to be printed ?

Most orders are printed and ready within 2–4 business days. The exact turnaround time will depend on the size and complexity of your order, as some larger or more detailed prints can take considerably longer to complete.
If we expect your order to take longer than usual, we’ll let you know when your order is confirmed. Once printing is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or let you know that your order has been posted.
For Lanyard orders they are generally printed and ready for collection or delivery within 24-36 hours. Smaller orders can be quicker.
With 7 commercial multicoloured printers most orders can be filled quite quickly.
